From Sheryl Trabin, on my husband’s cellphone My recent hospitalization for severe diverticulitis would have been very scary if it wasn’t for the fabulous care I received. There was virtually no wait in the ER and the nurses and doctor were great. Very reassuring. They explained everything, started treatment. and got me into a room very fast. I chose to stay in 5-S Newbern floor. Every support person was amazing. I was made to feel welcome and respected. I was in the hospital for 5 days and although it was a challenge, I was closely monitored and treated like royalty. I wrote down the names of these wonderful people: JIM LAUREN RUTHMA TRACY PATLYN VERONICA MYLAH CARINE JANETH CADY and others whose names I forgot. Sorry if I left anyone out and if names are spelled wrong. BTW the Newbern was attractive and very clean and tidy. Thank you Good Sam ER staff and doctor. And I am especially grateful to the whole team on Newbern. I’ll be having surgery here in the near future and I’ll choose Newbern to recover. With appreciation, Sherry (Sheryl) Trabin

( Demetrius RN) and the Nursing Team I would like to take a moment to recognize Nurse D and the entire nursing team for the incredible care they have provided to my mother. RM 394 When my mother arrived, she had very low blood pressure and was struggling to breathe. It was an extremely emotional and frightening time for our family. Nurse D i(Demetrius RN ) mmediately stepped in with confidence, compassion, and professionalism. She carefully assessed my mom, adjusted her oxygen appropriately, and monitored her closely. The improvement was almost immediate — her breathing became easier, she was able to speak more comfortably, and she even began eating again. What truly stood out was not just the medical care, but the kindness. Nurse D ( Demetrius RN) RM 394 treated my mother with dignity, patience, and genuine compassion. During such a vulnerable time, that meant everything to us. I also want to sincerely thank all of the nurses who have been helping care for my mother. Each one has shown professionalism, attentiveness, and heart. As a family going through such a difficult journey, we deeply appreciate the dedication and support you provide every day. We are truly grateful. Thank you all for going above and beyond.

I was here for a week, had a surgery and the staff was very attentive to me making me feel extremely comfortable. My nurses Jennifer and MiMi were so amazing. I was having a rough morning and my Doctor — Bedford brought my spirits back up she was so sweet and she had such a calming energy. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care. Shout out to Good Sam! P.S. LOVED MY MILLION DOLLAR VIEW OF THE WATER!! Haha

Total hip replacement with the amazing Dr John Wang 11/12/2025. Great 5 star experience from the moment I came into preop and met up with Assistant Nurse manager Stacy.She is very knowledgeable, helpful and right on top of every thing.My preop Nurse Rebecca was sweet,very organized and reassuring. Got the IV in the first try which is not the usual for me. Before I knew it ,I was in recovery with Claudine who was very caring, nice,reassuring and made sure I was in no pain!Stacy returned to see me to my room for an over night stay. The whole experience couldn't have gone more smoothly.What a great very professional team. You girls Rock!Thanks again,highly recommend!Shout out to other team members Rainey,Rory,Val,Irma!

I been in the hospital for the last 3 days today is 2/23/26. I want to spress my appreciation to miss Erika Jackson , Yandi Gabriel & Michael Amador. During my stay in the hospital Good Samaritan this two young ladys and gentleman have been Angels 🙏🏻 these young ladies and gentlemen are professional, clean,caring, respectful knowledgeable very compassionate and ethical .I was so scared with my condition while been there, This ladies help me feel safe!!! As well as Mr. Michael Amador I looked forward to seen them every day that I was there. I can't spress enough how great full I am for this staff for taking care of me.🫶🏻 Cant forget Miss. Sharmila Hayes from Evs house keeping this young lady made sure that my room was spotless everything was so neat. Smelling good shower shinny clean. Just amazing service!!! I'm so thankful for this staffs. I will recommend my family members or friends anytime Good Samaritan hospital definitely one of the best hospital in Palm Beach County 🤞🏻🫶🏻
