I absolutely love this center and everyone there! My son has been attending for over a year and when he started he was so clingy and he didn't want to stay and they dealt with all his crying and everything with no complaints, I would check on him and they had nothing but good things to say about him. It is always very clean, and organized. Everyone is nice and approachable. It truly feels like a family atmosphere. My son is going to be starting Kindergarten soon and will be going to Bedford and as of now they don't transport to Bedford schools unfortunately, so our time with Good Beginnings is coming to an end and I am so sad about it. They are a 10/10 HIGHLY recommend! If they start transporting to Bedford schools he will be enrolled until he can stay home alone!

This is a wonderful daycare! The owner and staff genuinely love the children in their care. I have 5 children ages 18 to 2 and have experienced many daycare facilities over the years. With Good Beginnings I have never been more at ease knowing Im leaving my babies in good hands.

My children currently attend this daycare and i have to say i absolutely love it. The staff is outstanding they go above and beyond for the children attending like securing the facility keeping up the cleanliness up. The have a gym and cafeteria the children can use its big and spacious plenty of fun and play tp do. my son even comes home with a new word he learned in Spanish when i first moved to maple heights the first thing i needed to do was enroll mt children into a daycare good beginnings was actually right down the street walking distance i did however had tp be placed on a waiting list for about a month but it was worth the wait

All of my children have attended here and I would not take them any other place. Mrs Trina is a wonderful person and cares about each one of the kids like they are really hers. The teachers are caring and keep you updated with your child's growth. My son's kindergarten teacher was amazed at how much he knew already when he started.

be so glad when my grandson leaves this school. The owner has a nice nasty attitude, have had to deal with her nasty attitude when it came to her and her staff continuously loosing my grandson's paperwork so that he could start school. She nice nasty expressed how we could send him elsewhere. She's very condescending. Was not apologetic at all as to the incompetence of her/staff. No customer service skills whatsoever. How are you going to decide at the last min to have a pre-k graduation and tell parents only 3 guest? so that's no grandparents just mom dad and a sibling. Then after a week of announcing a graduation the owner decides to tell the parents you have to pay $40 within 7 days to cover the cost of cap, gown etc.... you didn't know 2-3mths ago you were going to do a pre-k graduation? haven't you been in business for years? The majority of the school is made up of parents who are on the voucher program, you have to give parents more than a 7 day notice to come up with $40. Hell I work everyday and you have to give me more than 7 days notice at the first of the month for $40 and then for her to say "I'm paying for everything" as if I needed to know that, you the owner you should be isn't the county paying you? I don't have and issue with the $40, my issue is the unprofessional way it was communicated and at the last minuet and if you paying for everything then you ought to be able to have it outside in that football field size parking lot with a tent and some chairs, so that each student can be allowed more than 3 guest for a graduation, rather than in the school gym that can only hold 50 people. To tell a young, living on her own, full time student and mother whose doing the best she can who is due to graduate herself and is about to be off the voucher program, that "$40 is not a lot" of money to come up with in 7 days is insulting and condescending. Just because you own the business does not mean you get a pass to be rude and unsympathetic because they can "take they kids elsewhere". It's shameful. Needless to say my grandson will not be attending his pre-k graduation because we as a family cannot all be there to witness it. No issues with the teachers. After doing my research don't no other daycare charge $40 for a pre-k graduation not even beachwood who allows unlimited guest for the graduates so what is the $40 really about?
