If you are looking for a child care center where you feel confident leaving your child for a full day, this facility may not meet your expectations. They struggle with staff retention, and the few staff members who remain exhibit unprofessional behavior. I would recommend exploring other options to ensure a more stable and nurturing environment for your child.

Searching for a daycare can be overwhelming for a parent. Please keep in mind that each type of daycare option has different pros and cons. I chose TLC for a number of reasons. In the beginning I was happy and comfortable; however, in 8 months, things started to decline. 1. The Communication ( 1 rated) - poor communication between the teachers and parent, CEO to parent. Request from CEO will be left in limbo. 2. Customer Service ( 2 rated) - right or indifferent, the customer should be treated with the upmost respect. 3. High Teacher Turnover (1 rated) - In 8 months there has been 4-5 teachers. 4. Classroom Transition - my child does her best when there’s different things she likes. One size doesn’t fit all. “Learning” each child specific needs makes a huge difference in behavior. when facilities are short in staff unfortunately your child may experience. some inconsistencies in behavior. 5. Safety ( 4.5 rated) Recently, I made a decision to remove my child from the school. It’s been a week and I see improvement in her over all well-being.
