Golden Kidz Child Care Center

Five stars is not enough… Deana the Director has done wonders for our family. We are foster parents and from day one she worked to create a loving and safe space for our children. She is always there to listen and will do anything she can to help and accommodate. They have cameras throughout the facility and teachers keep in regular communication with the parents. I was able to see things like one of the children’s first steps. The school is clean, has a wonderful play area, and is well maintained. I can not recommend highly enough. Pre K graduation is just a small sample of how special they treat the students.

Preface: My wife & I toured 8 different daycares for our 3-month old starting full-time (5 days a week) in January 2026. We ranked this place in the lower half. Facts: Price: $275/week Ratio: 1 teacher for every 6 infants (state max) Hours: 6 - 6:30 Infants share items (crib, bottles, wipes, etc.)? No Communication: paper Door secured? NO - door propped open every day at specified time for pickup Opinion: This place did not check all the required boxes my wife and I sought after, unfortunately. The biggest red flag was that although most places require a set tour time, this daycare had walk ins. Although this does not seem like a big deal, when we arrived, the front door was not secured; it was propped open. A staff member told us that it is because it is kindergarten pickup time, but this time overlapped with the tour walk-in times, so anyone can come into the daycare if they know when, and my wife & I are not ok with that, when most daycares have mantraps, gate codes, and specific requirements for tour times. Safety of our child is #1 to us, and with this place being on a major road and the front door not secured 100% of the time, we are not comfortable leaving our first born here for long periods of time, respectfully. We didn't like how the infant room had kids up to 18 months, as opposed to most other daycares where they would graduate to the toddler room when they could walk, usually around 7-8 months or so, depending on the child. There were also no shoe covers required to enter the infant room, unlike the other 7 daycares we visited. Upon visiting Primrose next door, the management staff there told us that Primrose has been there for 31 years, and Golden Kidz has changed daycares 4 or 5 times in this timeframe, for reasons unknown. The tour guide, who is a reflection of the school and our first impression, seemed to lack confidence on the tour by saying things like "if you pick us..." knowing that there are better options. Also, she would use "um" a lot, as if this tour was never rehearsed and there were many silences during the tour, as if there is no official tour guide, but just someone who works there told to go give a random tour. The lack of professionalism definitely strayed us away a bit. Lastly, the updates are given to parents on a piece of paper, as opposed to an app, which is very outdated for today's time and age, which shows either a lack of funding or a lack of effort/sophistication.

When I was forced to go back to work early I was nervous about finding the best daycare for my kids. After touring many schools my husband said "let's pick Golden Kidz, they seem like they will treat our kids with a lot of love and care". I am so happy we made that choice. Over the years they have taken great care of our kids. As a mom whom has had an older child in childcare before I can truly say this is the best childcare I have ever chosen.

My kids have been attending here for more than four years since they were toddlers. I have known the entire staff for years and we have become family. I trust my children with them. But it’s more than that. We have shared all the big moments of watching the babies grow up, from talking for the first time to their first steps. I will never forget the expressions on the children’s faces when Golden Kidz has special events like bringing farm animals to the school or a little carnival for them to enjoy. I also feel they have been genuinely caring and supportive during the difficult times, too. They have been there for everything. Everyone at Golden Kidz celebrated these moments as if it their own children were going through all the ups and downs of childhood. I get tears in my eyes thinking of all these unforgettable moments they have been there for my boys. That beautiful daycare , and the people in it, are a treasure. I will never forget all they have done and continue to do for us.

Golden Kidz is such a wonderful daycare! My babies loved it when they went there, and I always felt at ease knowing they were in good hands. The staff is really nice, caring, and attentive, and you can tell they truly love what they do. The environment is warm and welcoming, and the children genuinely enjoy their time there. I would definitely recommend Golden Kidz to any parent looking for a safe, fun, and nurturing place for their kids!
