Golden Apple Learning Academy

You know it is an amazing place when the kids don’t ever want to leave at pick up. I love that they feel as though it is their home away from home.  I’m grateful for their hours as well, especially since not everyone works a 9-5 job. The facility is well thought of, rooms separated to keep the ages apart, but structured so that the teachers are able to help each other out. The last 3 1/2 years at Golden Apple have been great! I highly recommend this daycare and the VPK teacher is THE BEST! her dedication and passion deserves 10 ⭐

This daycare is really good! My baby has been attending this place since he was 3 months old. I have to say that the teachers really do care for the children. My son now that he sees his teacher always hugs her and smiles. I have to say this is always very comforting for me since a have to work a 9-5

PLEASE READ WHOLE REVIEW. AS A PARENT I WOULD APPRECIATE THE HEADS UP I recently pulled my daughter from this school. I enrolled her last year when the school was under new ownership. as a new owner the current owner was very nice and very helpful, but towards the last months there my experience was terrible. they changed teachers twice in less than 3 months and never informed the parents, the Director left and they were running the school without a proper director, the student to teacher ratio is not adequate and the overall demeanor of certain teachers left much to be desired. I am the type of parent that will ask about my daughter's day every single day, I will ask how she did, what she learned, and if she ate well and if she interacted well with other children. that is the type of parent I am, needless to say, a few days ago I had the owner call me with a terrible attitude and tell me it was "none of my business what happened during the day at school" and she also told me "by law i don't have to teach these kids anything" now, I was extremely bothered with this phone call because i should have every right to ask my child's teacher how she did during the day...I wish it ended here, but it doesn't, a few days later I go to pick up my daughter and she had a 103 fever! when I asked if they took her temperature, the response i got was careless and dismissive, my 4 year old daughter told me that she wasn't feeling well for a long time. I noticed something was wrong the minute i saw her slumped over on the table where she was sitting. her cheeks were red and her eyes were also very red and watery. I cannot explain my disappointment. when you leave your child at a daycare you expect them to be cared for...

Thank you to the administration and  teachers at Golden Apple Academy for maintaining a sense of normalcy through the uncertainty of 2020-2021. Thank you for your love, and support in educating our children and keeping them safe. My child's years at this school were nothing short of amazing!

I just want to thank all the Golden Apple teachers, they are great, my daughter was from 2 years old to VPK and the care and dedication they gave her is priceless, especially during the pandemic, the VPK teacher is amazing and I am sure my daughter is very well prepared now that Kindergarten is starting.
