Waited nearly 2.5 hours past my scheduled appointment time and ended up walking out without being seen. The person I was scheduled to see was actually off that day, and they neglected to call me to notify me or have me reschedule. Instead, they waited until I got there (an hour drive) to tell me I would have to wait a while and see someone else instead. Very disappointed that I wasted half of my day driving all that way there and waiting for nothing. They should have called to let me know there was a problem with what they scheduled me for ahead of time.
Really great Baby Cafe program! The lactation consultants/counselors are incredible and provide moms lots of support and resources.
