What Parents Say
This daycare center receives overwhelmingly negative reviews citing serious safety and care concerns, including neglect, poor hygiene, staff inadequacy, and failure to follow parental instructions. One positive review praised the after-school program and engaged teachers, but this is vastly outweighed by multiple reports of health/safety issues and management problems.
This poor center behavior is still the same. My child has only been enrolled for two days. Right! 48 hours of hell. Signs of neglect from sitting in soiled diapers. 10 diapers disappearing, my child crying, he can’t have his pacifier. We are both stressed! Every morning I took my son there I’m being questioned a thousand Why’s by his teacher Ms. Donna?. She did not want my son in her care. I picked my son up and his diaper was dirty and you can tell it’s been on him for hours the diaper shows poo sinked in. My son had been the only baby crying in there when I came to pick him up. He hugged me and would not let me go Tuesday PM because something definitely was wrong. My child now has a rash so large. I have to love him a little extra. DO NOT ENROLL YOUR KIDS!!! This is a Honest Review! I have pictures and videos for real Live.
Poorly maintained building, terrible management ,and a inconsistent environment, stemming from the high turnover rate of daycare teachers there makes this daycare a terrible choice. The center is unorganized, dishonest about menus(saying they give whole grain bread , when it's really just white). The menu they show you is not what they serve your kids. Because of the high turnover rate the center is consistently out of ratio. Teachers are not accountable, or aware. If your child suffers an injury you will not receive an accident report. Current director is literally the worst person for the job. Please avoid for your child's sake. There are much better centers within a mile of this location, so do you and your child a favor and skip this daycare.
I made the mistake of not reading these reviews before I enrolled my child here a year ago. Two months ago, I withdrew him from there, and the last straw reason why (among many) was because they called me at 3:45 PM saying that he had a fever on a Friday. I sent my older son there to pick him up, and took his temperature and it was 98 .7°... That was his lady day there. A few weeks before that, they had painted the building did nothing to air it out. I was there on a Tuesday and the fumes were so strong that I had a headache and I was forced to take my child with me when I left. The teachers obviously bully each other and the more experienced staff end up quitting. One day I picked myself up in the evening and there were 15 children in the room with him being one of the smallest and older kids running around him with their feet inches away from his little fingers. I had constant issues with one of the teachers repeatedly giving him milk which I had specifically requested be withheld because of his allergies. Since they kept giving it to him, his nose ran nonstop for almost 4 months. The playground is in desperate need of repair, another parent tripped over a huge break in the sidewalk and fell on top of her child right in front of me.
Customer service is under par, might as well have a toddler running the place and you will have a better experience. When buying your diapers, wipes, and clothes make sure you buy enough because they have a sharing policy no one informs you about. You only find out about said policy until a week later when your child is out of supplies that should have lasted two weeks. Ohhh and make sure you keep up with the most recent virus and illness because they aren’t clean enough to keep your children safe from getting sick. BASICALLY DONT LET YOUR CHILDREN GO THERE!
DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS DAYCARE I REPEAT DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS DAYCARE today was my child first day to this daycare I dropped him off at 10a.m when the two year olds go outside I get a call at 5p.m saying that my child was bit on the nose by another 2year old when there where outside playing...n the the director said she clean and put ointment on it. I rushed there to get my child when I see him his whole nose is busted, cut, swollen, red and purple n bleeding along with other bruises on his face I called police n rushed my son to the hospital. Doctors said the bruise on his nose doesn't look like a bite mark. N the bruises is not adding up. My son looks like he was attacked by an animal these bruises are going to stay with him his whole life his face is scratched up. I am reporting this daycare to everywhere i can and I suggest u NEVER SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. I never do reviews but I have to warn others please listen.
