Dr Wickstrom is the best primary doctor I've had since moving to Georgia 12 years ago. He is down to earth and very easy to talk too. He never comes accross as a know it all and I trust his advice.
Optim Primary Care in Glennville is great, Dr Wickstrom and Staff are always friendly and professional, no problems ever with scheduling visits. Thank you for being here for all of us!
Mrs. Lisa is absolutely 100% phenomenal!! I would say I wouldn't see anyone else but that would be a lie. My husband and I think the world of Dr. Wickstrom. They both are so professional but at the same time caring. I feel like I am going to see family. In fact my whole family sees both of them now. I wouldn't just trust my family and myself with just anyone. They actually LISTEN to you. You don't find that anywhere else. For me and mine it will ALWAYS be Mrs. Lisa and Dr. Wickstrom. Period. I 100% recommend both.
Had a good experience on my first visit, but seems that the office's customer service is not up to par. No one answers the phone (I was told this is a recurring issue by other Optim locations in the area when I called them for assistance) and when I try to leave a vm as the prompt says, it gives me a dial tone and hangs up. There is no other way to get in contact with them otherwise. I spoke with someone in the Reidsville office who said they will send them a message to give me a call back so we will see what comes of this.... very disappointed to say the least. UPDATE: Did not receive a call back, ended up calling them again myself where someone did answer and told me they are aware of the issues with their phones and told me I should just go to the Reidsville office. UPDATE: Actually went into the office and made an appointment that I went to. Seems like they did fix their phone issue, but customer service is still extremely lacking. I was told I would get a call to discuss the results of a blood test. Dr. Lisa has been great! But I did not receive notice that results had come back nor did I receive a call to discuss said results. Instead I got an automated call from my pharmacy about a new prescription that I did not know about. I called the office and got some office lady reading a script of what the prescription is to treat, even though I hadn’t been made aware of any diagnosis. She also said that it was noted to be discussed at my next follow up appointment which I do not have set up….. very unethical and violates principle of informed consent. That is a very fine line to walk in regard to medical malpractice. I would advise them to be VERY careful about this in the future…. UPDATE: Received call from office manager regarding details of discrepancies in this review. She was very kind and apologetic and is having an MD reach out to go over my lab results.
