My son attended this daycare and I must say once I enrolled him at this daycare things have been a nightmare for me ever since. I trusted this daycare with my son's life! Only to be disappointed and find out that he was injured under their care. Not only was my son injured under their watch but I was not notified at any time of the day about the incident. I had to call the DIRECTOR myself at the end of the day and question her about the situation that she stated she was not fully aware of in which she was and on top of that no one had written up a injury report! I still do not know the full story of exactly what happened to my son and I hoping that anyone that reads this understands that this daycare is not safe for your children! This daycare is not safe for children that aren't able to speak for themselves! The last thing a parent should have to worry about is rather their child is safe at a daycare! This place should be shut down immediately, not just because of my son but for the other children or parents that have dealt with this place and the way that this Director conducts business. I want her to know that she has not only allowed my son to be hurt but my family as well. Thank you for RUINING my experience of having my first child in a daycare that I thought I could wholeheartedly trust. As a Director it is your duty and responsibility to take care of all of those children in your facility and to make sure that you hire nothing but the best Caregivers to care for the children that are making your business successful!

Horrible experience. Went in and I felt that staff was not too professional however I thought they would do a good job of taking care of my son. After being at Glenbrook for four days I immediately took my son out of that daycare for negligence. My son is 11 months old and he has NEVER EVER had a diaper rash. My son had a severe diaper rash to the point that it peeled his skin off and was red all over, his testicles, on the sides and his anus were severely red which I find to be horrible for a baby. My son cried a lot when cleaning him and i noticed that his mood changed after being there for 2 days looking really sad. The room itself is dark with only one small window and they hardly had toys and the few that they had were always put inside a crib. I feel the employees are negligent and unprofessional however they seem to be friendly. I spoke with the owner and demanded to at least refund my registration fee and she said she would not do that. I told her that I could no longer leave my son there and would be looking for another daycare and wanted my registration fee refunded given that I would have to pay that amount at another day care. Before hanging up I told her I would review Glenbrook on yelp, google plus, and yahoo which would hinder her business and the lady who lacked professional ethics plainly hung up the phone to my face. This place is horrible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!! I SURELY REGRETTED TAKING MY SON HERE!!

My experience at GlenBrook had me looking forward for the next day . Lots of activitys for The kids to do from indoors to outdoors activity Lots of fun To where when parents came to get their child .The child would ignore to get picked up to go home. Cry to stay a little longer. The Director at this center is a loving person treats every kid like her own an especially her caretakers she shows appreciation not to just the children or her staff. Mostly to the parents Ms Kelly was a blessing when I arrived at her door a big stress reliever. Wish I never left her present an. I recommend parents to enroll there child to Glenbrook.What I read on other reviews for this site were false accusation. An to experience for yourself

My kids love the daycare I love it the not another facility I trust with my kids life the director is kind and strict if anything was to happen they contact you immediately... I highly recommend the childcare facility also my three year old daughter is learning a lot so thank you

OH MY GOSH!!! The director is SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I called inquiring enrollment and transportation. I literally had to drive the entire conversation. She sounded like I had awaken her from a deep sleep. Then afterme repeating my initial question for the third time she finally said, oh no we don't offer that. (Mind you she'd just given me 2 different price quotes for what i asked...) I was in search of a daycare that picked up from home and dropped off at school 3 mornings a week... She first said $35/wk, then $80/wk, then oh we don't do that. All in the same conversation...
