What Parents Say

The majority of parents (7 five-star reviews) praise the owners Mr. and Mrs. Glass for their educational approach, caring nature, and child development outcomes. However, three one-star reviews describe disrespectful staff, unprofessional operations, policy inconsistencies, inadequate meals, and in one case, allegations of a harsh environment that caused lasting trauma.
I highly recommend Glass daycare, if it wasn’t for them my son would have not been potty trained at 2, able to count to 20, and say his abc’s. His vocabulary is absolutely amazing because of their help. Mr and Mrs glass are very knowledgeable and love your child as if they were their own. I literally and go on and on about this place. If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would. The only reason we are leaving is due to my child having to do ABA therapy, which they handled his condition with patience, understanding, and love.. when he is done and if he ever has to go back to daycare this is my go to place…… C loves you all. Thanks for taking such good care of my baby boy.💙
Glass daycare is wonderful to my family. Mr.& Mrs. Glass love all of my children as there own. My oldest daughter will be 16& Mrs. Glass had her at the home and took really good care of her. We wouldn't ever think about leaving Glass daycare. The professionalism is awesome! Always smiles and everyone speaks, it's also a pleasant center. My children has learned a lot my son has homework and he is more than ready for kindergarten. I'm not ever nervous about my children being with them. This is such a wonderful feeling to have. The kids never want to leave the center when it's time to go home. Lol! That's such a blessing. Thank you Mr.& Mrs. Glass for being such wonderful people. The Wards love you all beyond words and your staff is awesome!!
Mrs Glass is very disrespectful. My infant child could not have a blanket while sleep. The center is always freezing cold, my child came home sick all the time with runny nose and running fevers since he started at this center. she constantly called me to pick my child up and he was not sick. She always assumed he was sick. Hours are wierd and you have no grace period what so ever. What center does not have a grace period. Poor center I would not advise sending your child here.
My child learn a lot at the Glass Daycare. It's sad a person like Lashauda Lamb-Gates put a negative remark that's not true. Mr. & Mrs. Glass are wonderful people that love and care for children. They know all their children names and love their families. I recommend this Center your children will be Educated, homework completed, and they feed your children Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Am, Pm, & Evening Snack.. It's like a school instead of a Daycare Center. Your children will be overly prepared for kindergarten. Don't believe the negative remarks. You can be the nicest person somebody always going to be jealous because they are miserable. Have a wonderful day.
Completely unprofessional! Mrs. Glass does not know how to talk to people with respect. My child is always unhappy and often not fed properly when I pick her up. They did nothing that they promised going in to working with them. They claimed that they would help with homework. Never happened. The meals they feed the kids are a joke. They're not even open during the hours that they advertise. I pick my child up one day and she's freezing cold because they had the air on high. She had just recovered from being sick. I asked my little one,"why didn't you just put on your jacket?" She replied, "we're not allowed to wear our jackets in there". I understood because they were worried about bugs spreading. So I asked my little one, "well why didn't you ask to borrow one of their blankets". She tells me, "they said school age kids aren't allowed to use their blankets, only babies". I'm thinking wow it's only 72° outside and my child is telling you she's cold, but she's too old to use your blankets. That's just plain petty. My child was there for three months and after asking repeatedly for a policy manual, I never received one. I kept asking because they kept changing policies without informing me over and over again. And then would have an attitude because I wasn't aware of a policy they changed but never informed me on. I was warned before that this daycare was horrible but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Those people ought to be ashamed of themselves with the way they're running that business. I sent my baby girl to a new daycare center and when I got there, the other daycare worker was telling me that they end up with kids from Glass daycare all the time. And usually the parents have the same complaints. They are ridiculously unprofessional!
