My friend recommend this school and spoke very highly of them. When I went for the tour and met everyone I made the decision to have my baby attend. The 1st day of school I was very nervous & teary eyed , this is my baby 2nd school so that's why I was nervous for her to be in a new environment . She walked right on in the class as if she been there before and the teachers welcomed her with a big smile . What made me fall in love was when they children arrive they take their belongings off and go straight to the sink to wash their hands before siting down to eat or engaged with each other. I've had concerns about my baby learning colors and now the color she had trouble with she goes over it with me so easily . Moral of the story I MADE A GREAT DISCUSSION !!!! :-) I GAVE 4 STARS because they follow Paterson public school calendar and they have many half of days and off days , but other than that I AM HAPPY WE ARE THERE ! I also LOVE how they make sure the parents are ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS involved with the children and activities at the school .
This school is very good for head starts and pre-k students. Teachers and staffs are very caring and loving for young children. School surrounding areas are not that great but once you get into school and meet with teachers and staffs there is a huge difference. I recommend this school who are looking for to put their children into school for first time.
I would never choose this school again honestly didn't even deserve 1 star .the assistance director don't know much.she is aggressive .also she is not open to other cultures.she is rude and disrespectful and very unprofessionaland definitely doesn't need the job she has and very racist .
