Giggles And Sribbles Preschool Daycare II

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this daycare due to a serious lack of transparency and professionalism. I paid $380 under the understanding that it would cover the first week of care for my children, starting April 7, 2025. At no point during our initial meeting was I told that this payment was non-refundable or that additional payments would be due before services even began. Only days before the start date, the owner, April, changed her explanation—suddenly claiming that the payment covered a previous week or was a deposit that I would not get back. This change was never previously discussed or documented. She also cited a one-week cancellation policy, which I was never made aware of in any verbal or written form. When I chose not to proceed with care due to this confusion, April refused to refund my payment, even though no services were ever rendered. I never received a contract, a handbook, or any written policy outlining these terms. It felt as though policies were created and adjusted as the situation unfolded. I’m leaving this review to caution other families to get everything in writing if you choose to work with this provider. I truly hope this feedback encourages clearer communication and more ethical business practices in the future.

The only thing I can say is ms April is a fantastic person and she is amazing at what she does. The patient and love she has for the children she has and watches is amazing ❤️ she treats them with such kindness and I recommend everybody to take their kids here if they can you know they’ll be safe and 1000000% happy while with her ❤️
