What Parents Say
Gifted Children Academy receives mostly positive reviews praising its safe environment, educational quality, and friendly staff. However, two recent negative reviews cite unprofessional and rude behavior from staff during initial inquiries, creating an unwelcoming first impression for prospective parents.
Mr. Abi was very unprofessional and rude. Considering these times, it can be very stressful trusting a facility to care for your child. When setting an appointment, she seem very relaxed about the time to arrive. Mentioning 11am, or 12pm "or so" would be fine. When I arrived at 12:30pm, I asked was it a good time and she said it was. Tours are cancelled due to COVID-19, which is understandable, so I expected my questions to be answered with respect. I asked "what is the teacher to child ration for infants?" her response was, "4 to 1. We have room for him." I then asked, "how many infants do you have in each class?" She rudely said, "why do you need to know that?" I told her "because I am sending my child and I would like to know how many children are in his class?" She began to get upset saying she doesn't have time to answer my questions, she has a parent waiting, they are short staffed, and she needs to cover for a teacher. She then began to complain about the time I arrived, which she mention was fine in the begining. I don't understand how someone who works with children has such little patience. She was very interested in my payment option (her first questions) and when I should start. I didn't even entertain the thought of sending my child to this place after such an unwelcoming first impression. I would not recommend.
Hunting for a good daycare can sometimes be exhausting. I went to various daycares and they didn't meet up to my expectations. I was at the verge of giving up when I came across Gifted Children Academy. It's a great and safe place for kids to learn. Thanks Gifted Children Academy.
I called to inquire about if there was a waitlist for their toddler rooms. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional, and demanded to know why I was asking for her waitlist and why I was asking that question. Was automatically uninterested the moment she responded to me this way.
Very nice place , my son love it so much the teachers & stuff are very friendly & the owner is always there to help so is less work for u if u want to apply for action for children she does all the work .
