What Parents Say
This facility appears to be primarily a managed long-term care (MLTC) provider, not a traditional daycare. Reviews are predominantly negative, with complaints about service denials, billing issues, unresponsive care managers, and prioritization of profits over patient care. A small number of positive comments acknowledge timely transportation and courteous staff, but are overshadowed by serious concerns about care coordination and financial practices.
My husband is try to cancel services with him and they refuse to cancel his service. They have had there rep mistreat my husband for ever 3years.
I expect with any care manager that issue with care would be handled better. I’m now not being paid for two months being bounced between PPL and Centers plan weekly . The issue arises with Centers plan faced over a service authorization without following PPL authorization guidelines.I have not been paid from may 10 to June 1st. No one has helped me fix this issue.Alecia Evelyn is the case manager constantly bouncing me around and making this process hard.
Zero stars. Care managers are nurses but their job is not to care about the patient. They work only to maximize profits for this insurance company. They push, deny, slide, give strange answers to why they will not cover gel mattress for bed sores, why there is no medical need to extend home health aide coverage,…. And if you work with a PCA home care agency and through no fault of your own that agency does not send an aide for an entire 8-hour shift, this MLTC will keep the money to maximize their profits.
This Company is Fraudulent Company that is only interested in billing your Medicaid while acting like they care about the patients. If you're looking for a company don't use this company!! I had a very bad experience with them & I'm hiring an attorney because they stopped paying my CDPAP family member over a month ago, but they're still billing my Medicaid like they're giving me service!!!
The care managers are not concerned about their members. Just want to make that call each month to fill their quotas. They don't advocate for the members and don't return calls. Not worth the effort. They don't belong in the healthcare industry.
