Georgetown Hill Early School has been a wonderful experience for our family. Our son has made significant progress emotionally, physically, and academically during his time here. GHES Darnestown was the absolute best decision we could’ve made for our 3 year old son. After two bad experiences with other schools, we are happy to have found a loving and caring place our little guy. The teachers and the directors have been so easy to work with and show how much they care for the children. We love all the activities and all the opportunities for parents to join in on the fun!
Georgetown Hill (Darnestown campus) is simply wonderful. We have had 2 kiddos there over the last 4 years, and could not be more impressed. Our oldest attended full time for 2s, 3s, and PK. He was so well-prepared for kindergarten. Now that he is school age, we still utilize Kids club and pre-care when needed at GHES when MCPS is closed or has early dismissals.Our youngest started in the 2s and is now the 3s program. All of the teachers and support staff are nurturing, fun, and enthusiastic. The school uses a great app to keep us updated through out the day with photos and videos. The kids are happy and stimulated all day and always have smiles at pick up!
We are so thankful to be a part of the Georgetown Hill family. We have had three kids go Georgetown Hill, each with very different personalities and needs, and all three have absolutely thrived. The Director and teachers truly care about each and every kid at the school and have created a safe and nurturing environment for learning through play. From mud kitchens to school dances and in-house performances, Georgetown Hill goes the extra mile to keep things exciting and engaging for the kids. We’ve had a great experience and I highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a preschool focused on learning through play.
Georgetown Hill Early School is a place like no other! My kids have thrived and found their voices while at GH. The teachers love all of the kids and make them feel so special. My youngest was a late talker and everyday at pick up, his teachers would give me updates on his words and celebrate his wins with me. I can feel the love everyday. And on top of it all, the facility is extremely clean and SAFE! The director and teachers are the best.
