Came to register my child and waited 30 minutes. Not one person gave updates on what and why I was waiting. Needless to say the pale lady at the front desk (Raquel) was unprofessional, non intelligent, and very nonchalant. I immediately noticed that this place was not it for My kids due to the incompetence received from the lady at the front. I dont doubt that they provide children with great educational material, its the people in charge. Having no Cameras is another reason, And please, PLEASE hire a janitor or someone who can clean the facility because it does not look clean at all. This was the worst child care center we have yet to visit.
They have taken great care of both my daughters. My youngest has been going since she was infant and they have always made sure she was well taken care of. She enjoys going to school everyday and they make sure to keep communication open with the parents.
Thank you all for teaching my kids throughout the years. My lil one just grad today and going to kinder now and he is prepared and confident thanks to y’all. Keep up the excellent work.
Great loving dedicated staff! Very welcoming and helpful. My son loved it there. Awesome head start! Devoted teachers! My other two babies are at Christine Smith. It was a great blessing to able to be part of the Headstart Family!
Very friendly staff! Everyone smiles and greets you upon arrival. The teachers are very good with the students. I feel very safe leaving my child.
