Genius Learning

We’ve just completed three wonderful years at Genius Learning, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! As a parent, it’s been such a joy watching my child grow not only in Mandarin fluency but also in confidence, creativity, and friendship. The teachers here are caring and attentive. I also appreciated how flexible and communicative Heidi was whenever we had scheduling needs or questions. The art projects were always a highlight in our home — full of creativity, color, and fun. They also did a great job teaching my child how to write in English & Chinese and built a strong foundation for learning math. Most importantly, my child made close friendships and came home happy and excited to return each day.

We’ve had a great experience at Genius Learning with my toddler! My daughter came home every day happy and full of stories—and even started singing Mandarin songs she learned at school. She made lots of friends and always looked forward to going. Thank you to the amazing teachers at Genius for all the care and dedication they've shown to my daughter. I always look forward to the pictures they post of the kids doing arts and crafts. It’s heartwarming to see their creativity shine through in every project. The school does a great job of capturing these moments, and it’s such a joy to look back at the photos. It makes me feel connected to their daily activities, even when I can’t be there in person. I would recommend this preschool to other families looking for an enriching early education experience.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Genius Learning in South San Francisco. Our son picked up a lot of Mandarin in a short amount of time. We were amazed with how fast he picked up Mandarin words and songs. It makes our hearts melt whenever he randomly sings in Mandarin. The teachers are warm, dedicated, and really care about each child’s learning and development. He looked forward to going to school every day and talks about different friends to us after we pick him up. We’re so grateful to have found a place where he could grow academically, socially, and culturally. Another great thing is that the school day lasts a whole work day and lunch is also provided for the children. We highly recommend Genius Learning to any family looking for a nurturing and effective Mandarin preschool!

We’ve had a wonderful experience at Genius Leaning SSF. The attentive and caring teachers have made a significant impact on our son's development. He’s learned a great deal about Chinese and math in a fun and engaging environment. The curriculum is well thought out. The preschool also prioritizes safety, which gives us peace of mind. Overall, the combination of a thoughtful curriculum, a safe environment, and the kindness of the teachers has made our son’s experience truly exceptional. We are very thankful and so proud of our son's achievements at this school.

TLDR: A highly recommended Mandarin Immersion Pre-school. Fairly priced. Caring teachers. Today was our sons last day at Genius Learning and our son loved every minute of his time at Genius Learning. My family's experience with Genius Learning has been nothing short of exceptional. Over the course of two years, our son thrived in this nurturing environment. After touring 20 schools, we chose Genius Learning primarily because of the outstanding Head Teacher, Heidi, who guided us through the curriculum with great care. What sets this school apart is its reasonable pricing, full day (8am - 6pm), freshly cooked lunch and snacks are provided, and a limited number of school holidays. We were delighted that our son not only had the opportunity to really improve his fluency in Mandarin but also benefited from a strong academic program. Our son's happiness, educational growth, and the friendships he developed at Genius Learning were truly remarkable. The fact that we willingly drove from San Francisco every day speaks volumes about our confidence in the school. A heartfelt thank you to all the dedicated teachers who made our son's experience so wonderful.
