My son went here for a little over a year. He is a bit more to handle due to his autism and I fully understand that. He was kicked out last week same day no warning no heads up nothing just "immediate unenrollment" I was sent a message on the bright wheel app from Vanessa she's the president of the daycare she didn't even have the decency to call me. She stated that after school he was transported to the center in the van and once they arrived at the center he got out of the ran and ran towards the street. My son has a diagnosis that is in file with this daycare where it states he has high functioning autism, impluse disorder, elopement and much more. I reached out to the new owner he told me that they only take "regular" kids here and that my son is to much for the staff and in the hand book it stated they don't have to take special needs children. I asked him why wouldn't they have explained this to me and disenrolled him right when they took over the daycare ownership. He said he expected me to find a new daycare I just don't understand why I would have done that if I didn't know it was an issue since my child isn't "regular". Don't get me wrong the staff they have there are amazing for the most part I just wish they made it very clear right away. This shook my life up I'm a single mother trying and they could have at least given me till end of the week but same day is crazy. I wouldn't say I don't recommend if you don't mind your child being in a class room with 40 other kids mixed with all ages from k-3rd.
My children have attended this school for 2 years now. We were at the point of relocating our children when the new owners took over. Since the transfer the new owners have made a tremendous change with the school. They have brought on several teachers to accommodate the amount of children they service. Your children now get more one on one attention. They have implemented educational academics to increase the children's knowledge. They have upgraded the grounds inside and out. I highly recommend Genius Kids for your littles!!
Ay does ms Vanessa still work there or Mr p? I know they remember me at least ms Vanessa because I went there in 2014 and left around 2020. I miss when it was still kids world
The staff are very kind, but structured. My daughter always surprises me with new knowledge, and I have her awesome teachers to thank for it. She looks forward to "going to school" every day, and that's a huge testament to the environment they create. They're consistently improving the facility, and is a very good value.
Day care was excellent. The facility was clean, safe, and secure. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The food was always a good variety and healthy choices. My child was always doing plenty of activities and always came home having had a great day. Would highly recommend to anyone considering going here.
