Where to start? I can not express enough how AWESOME this center is!!!!!!I would not/ did not put my first 3 children in daycare due to all the incidents with childcare. I was so afraid to put my youngest in daycare but from the walk thru to every call even the pickup/drop offs they have made me so comfortable. The staff is GREAT overall but I've worked closely with Ms.Easter and Ms. Morgan who I absolutely love. I could not ask for a better provider for my newly one year old. This location has changed my mind on so many levels. I would recommend this location to anybody and/or everybody. I am so thankful for all staff members. They have added a new app, where you can keep up with what your child is doing in live time, it eases anxiety for me. ENROLL, ENROLL, ENROLL. You will not regret it!
It’s been months but I’m a single father and I’ve learned not having adequate childcare can make you or break you life style wise and career wise as well. My daughter was on a waiting list for approximately 4 to 6 months we moved from Fredericksburg to Richmond and I checked this program out and heard good things from a couple people that I’ve come across so I started the enrollment process they told me the opening window and I bit the bullet and had to continue to drive my daughter from Richmond to Fredericksburg every morning to her original sitter because otherwise I couldn’t work no family here. To make a long story short when the window got smaller I began communicating more with this establishment to make sure everything was squared away and that my daughter could start so it made life easier on the both of us shots, records, paperwork etc and her being in their actual system mind you all done from me running back and forth from Fredericksburg to Richmond because for some odd reason every fax they received from the Doctor was not the correct paperwork they needed even tho they were in contact with the doctors office. So In turn they never contacted me with a start date ever even tho we waited that long and I did all that it seems to me they filled all the available spots didn’t care to tell us had I known this I would have consulted more than just them now everything is full and I had to resort to my girlfriend helping out in the meantime just a total waste of time and money!!??
Do to the covid 19 issue all parents must have an update physical for your children. Other then that this Center is great they are friendly and caring to all children...
My kids been going for years they love it
