Their is no unity at this church.or their is some discrimination going on.the lead pastor.kevin h.was telling people in his sermons to go be apart of the church.i applied to two different ministries and didn't get in neither. I was told by one serve committee wait until the spring.when he was actually working right now and doing the ministry.then I talked to the youth secretary Stacy Mayfield this week.she told me their were 3 positions in the church and their May be more.send her my email and she would pass it on to others.then on Sunday I went to look for her to shadow.something she said I could do.then the pastor over that department Ryan Taylor looked at me on Sunday. I didn't know who he was until I met up with Stacy.he said to me.we don't have any positions available.they all filled up.did you do a background check.you need to be here 6 months and try back in August.and Stacey face turned red as candy You go figure.yoyu can't get upset when things don't work out. God is still in control. God got something better.their is a reason this didn't work out. And we shouldn't mur mur in the process.bur I will not be giving any more tithes to this church and I have given a lot of money. Other times I got mad in my life when something didn't go my way.but something big happened.and I could see why the answer was no.and I thank God for it
My husband and I were blessed to attend this church during the brief time we lived in Gardendale. I have never felt the presence of God in a church like I did here. If you live anywhere near this church, you should make a visit. You will definitely be blessed. I wish I could pick this church up and move it to where I live now in another state. Pastor Kevin is a treasure!
It's hard to put into words how amazing this church is to my in laws who have been members for a long time but this last week and this week they went above and beyond for our family as we laid my mother in law to rest who passed suddenly 18 October. So many members from the church attended and Pastor George officiated her service, he did an amazing job. I adore my pastor here in Texas but I wish everyone had a pastor George as well, he truly is a gift from God 🤍

It has a nice basketball court and a walking track. They also have a room with work out equipment. They do a lot of family faith based sports here. This is our first year to sign up for their sports program and we are very happy with what they do.
