Garden Friends

Garden Friends is far more than just a daycare facility. My children have attended school here since they were each 3 months old. From day one you can instantly feel a sense of a family community. You are welcomed with opened arms into a support system made up of amazing & nurturing teachers, a director who makes the safety of your kids and the curriculum provided to them her top priority, all while your children begin to make friendships that can last a lifetime. Never once did my kids complain about going to school. They look forward to each drop off with pure excitement! Your child will learn so much at Garden Friends! A few years ago when my oldest started kindergarten his teacher noted how impressive it was that he already knew so many sight words and had so many facts about some states in the U.S. The kids also learn Spanish, letters & numbers, sign language and various other topics throughout the school year. Each month has a special theme and we'd always learn at least one "fun fact" about that month's theme on our drive home form school. On top of all of this, events and shows hosted at Garden Friends like the annual Holiday Show is the hottest ticket in town! Now that our youngest is graduating Pre-K we are sad to be saying goodbye to Garden Friends but appreciate EVERYTHING Terri and her staff have done to prepare our kids for their future. Garden Friends is an exceptional day care and preschool. All three of our children attended the school. We were happily there for 8 continuous years! Terri Kelly and her staff are nothing short of amazing. She and her staff are kind, caring, friendly, and loving. The facility is clean and well appointed. Having our children there felt like leaving them with family. We received daily reports that let us know our kids' mood, what they learned that day, what they ate, how they napped, and everything in between. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately and thoroughly. We could not have been happier at Garden Friends.

Garden Friends provided a wonderful learning foundation for all 3 of my kids. The staff are energetic and caring and the enrichment program exposes the kids to more than a normal daycare. My kids were writing sentences, knew the planets and states, counting to 100 and just so much more! When they entered elementary school, the teachers asked me where they went because they could tell the early childhood training was strong. Years later we still value that experience and have formed lasting relationships with the staff. A shout out to all of the wonderful teachers who made a difference in the lives of my kids!

My children have been attending Garden Friends for 10 years (13 yr old, 10 yr old and 5 yr old). My husband and I are both teachers so we wanted more than a daycare and found that at Garden Friends. Our children were cared for and encouraged every day and still talk about their time there. As a former preschool teacher, I can tell you, there is no place better than Garden Friends! Your child will receive the love, attention and care that they would with their own family.
