Truly the most wonderful place for children to learn and grow and play. I am so happy my kids were able to attend while we lived in Malibu. They both flourished and grew so much under the care of their dedicated and loving teachers. I could write an essay detailing all the ways in which Gan Malibu contributed to my children's development. Not just academic skills but also emotional and physical. Truly a gem. Worth the drive even if you aren't based in Malibu. Their weeks are filled with imaginative play, yoga, singing/art, gardening, cooking, and even trips to the beach. What a magical place.
Gan is truly one of the most special places a parent can send their kids to. My twin boys have attended summer camp the last 3 summers while we are visiting Malibu. Sarah, MaKayla, and the other teachers provide so much warmth and kindness and everyday my kids run right through the doors because they are excited for the thoughtfully designed activities for the day. My boys especially love beach day, field trips around Malibu, and painting with views of the Malibu pier. Each summer they leave with so many new experiences and learnings. As a parent, knowing that you are dropping your kids off in an environment where not only they are being cared for, but having the time of their lives is priceless. Gan is like a warm hug. It’s a place that feels like your family is taking care of your baby. It’s a wonderful school and an incredible community, one in which we’ve been so grateful to be a part of for 3 years. Our twin boys started here at Gan at 2 years old and just graduated at 5 years, now they’re off to Kinder. Bittersweet! Sarah and Rabbi Levi are such warm and nurturing people (and parents!). We have enjoyed our time at Gan so much and are forever grateful for the wonderful experience our boys have had, and for the truly exceptional teachers who have cared for and taught them so much over these years. Once in the Gan fam, you’re always in the Gan Fam, and its truly been our pleasure to call this community our home.
