What Parents Say
Gaetz Kiddie Kove receives consistently high praise from parents who describe it as a caring, family-like environment with excellent staff, clear communication, and a well-structured program balancing learning and play. Parents appreciate the variety of activities, daily updates, and positive impact on their children's development and school readiness.
Gaetz Kiddie Kove is truly a fun and caring place. They feel more like family than just caregivers. I’ve trusted them with all three of my children. The experience has been nothing but positive. Two of my kids have now moved on to elementary school, and one is still attending. All of them have loved going there and still talk about their time at Gaetz Kiddie Kove with so much joy. The staff go above and beyond to make sure every child feels safe, happy, and supported. They create an environment where learning and play go hand in hand, and I can see the positive impact it’s had on my children’s growth and confidence. The communication with parents is excellent, and I always feel reassured knowing my kids are in such good hands. Special activities like Water Wednesdays in the summer make it even more exciting the kids look forward to it every week! I couldn’t ask for a better place for my kids to spend their early years, and I’m so grateful for the love and dedication that Gaetz Kiddie Kove shows to every family.
Our little 4 year old has been attending Gaetz Kiddie Kove since she was 2, and it has been nothing but a positive experience. She gets a good balance of learning, playing, responsibility, nutrition, and fun. She loves her teachers and all the daily/weekly activities offered. Show and tell Friday's are her favorite, haha. We find the rate competitive for the area, and try to refer anyone we know with kids that is looking for quality care. Highly recommend!
My two kids attended Gaetz Kiddie Kove and they absolutey loved it there! Staff was always welcoming and friendly. The kids would come home with so much fun artwork and learning new things everyday. Good structured program to get the kids ready for school. I highly recommend.
We had a great experience at this daycare/preschool. Our children attended for nearly 3 years and we never had any complaints. The staff was very friendly and communicated clearly. The program had great structure and our kids loved the teachers.
Both of my sons were here for two years; they were happy there, generally. My older one recently 'graduated' and is in Kindergarten. I pulled my younger one out due to what I believe amounts to bullying of other parents' three and four year olds by leadership. The particular events did not concern my own kids, so I will not elaborate much there. Personally, I have witnessed and heard multiple reports from other parents what seems to be more or less unwarranted yelling by some teachers at students. I realize everyone makes mistakes and yells sometimes, and that yelling on it's own is not overly concerning but in conjunction with other things (including the number of kids in the preschool room now; maybe half of what it was one year ago) is telling. Further, most of our kids favorite teachers have left within the last 6-10 months and it isn't clear why. When we put in our two weeks notice of leaving last month, no staff asked why or commented on it at all, which I found surprising. Recently, the staff in the preschool room also did not receive/greet children upon arrival to facilitate transition/create a welcoming environment. This was a change from previous months and made our mornings difficult; it was unacceptable, to me. While my kids and I had ok experiences there, I know several who have very recently had awful experiences. I have experiences with three other childcare facilities in addition to Gaetz (due to job changes/moving) and can confidently recommend enrolling your kids somewhere else. Unless something changes, I think the facility is performing below average relative to other similar schools.
