My daughter used to go there until I pulled her out cause the staff is really rude and the daycare it’s self is so nasty roaches where everywhere and my kid kept getting sick due to the mold and everything I would definitely not recommend this daycare to no one at all

I am extremely disappointed with my experiences at this daycare and feel other parents should be aware before enrolling their children. On one occasion, I asked the director if my daughter’s spaghetti could be warmed up. I was told that although it was not their usual policy, they would do it one time. When I picked up my daughter, she told me she did not eat because the staff refused to warm it. A staff member even told her that “in high school you won’t have microwaves.” That comment was unnecessary and irrelevant. When I called the director, she admitted she simply forgot. My child went without eating because of their lack of follow through. There were also repeated issues with food preferences. I informed staff multiple times that my daughter does not eat mayonnaise and strongly dislikes it. Despite constant reminders, she was given a sandwich with mayo. When she refused to eat it, I was told she would not receive “special treatment” and they would not make another sandwich. This left my child without a meal due to their mistake. The most serious concern was a zoo field trip in mid-July heat, with temperatures in the 90s. My daughter and other children were reportedly told they could not drink water. As a healthcare professional, I find this extremely unsafe and dangerous, as it puts children at risk for dehydration and heat-related illness. When I raised my concerns and requested to withdraw my daughter and receive a refund after the zoo incident, staff accused me of being disruptive and even threatened to call the police. That was my final straw. This daycare has shown poor communication, lack of accountability, and concerning judgment regarding children’s basic needs. I would never recommend this daycare to anyone and would not want anyone wasting their money bringing their child here.

My daughter has been coming here for 4 1/2 years, she loves her friends and teachers! Very nice staff and clean facility!! Highly recommend
