What Parents Say
Fun Farm Centers receives mixed reviews. Five parents praise the caring staff, nurturing environment, and long-term satisfaction with their children's development. However, three parents report serious concerns including poor management communication, lack of basic hygiene care, billing issues, and unauthorized sharing of child information.
We’ve been part of Fun Farm for over 7 years, and it truly feels like a second home for our family. The teachers are incredibly friendly, nurturing, and dedicated to the children’s well-being and growth. Both of my kids have thrived here by always feeling safe, loved, and well cared for. It’s comforting to know they’re surrounded by such compassionate and attentive staff. We’re so grateful for the positive impact this daycare has had on our children and highly recommend it to any family looking for a warm, supportive environment.
My sweet girl started here at 13weeks, I was really nervous to leave her with people that I was unfamiliar with, but gradually each and everyday I began to realize that ALL the staff and some of the other children knew my babies name! It dawned on me that leaving your child at Fun Farms is like leaving them with a second family. My baby whom is now 13months ABSOLUTELY loves her teacher, Mrs. Kim. If you are a first time mom and are looking for a second family that your child can grow with. Start here.
Heard negative things about the director but took our chances. Sometimes dirty. Pretty young teachers with lack of knowledge and handle over the children. Although Evelyn and the other male teacher were great. Management lacks decent professional communication unless it’s convenient for them. Will gladly not provide care to your child with no proper notice. Oh, and rude. Very rude. Would not recommend for your child unless it’s truly the last option and even then, try to find some place else. Communication is important in childcare.
They'll share information and pictures about your kid without your consent and will lie about it. My son would have snot all across his face when I picked him up countless times, as if they did not see his nose running knowing he has allergies and I would have to take him to the restroom there to clean him up prior to leaving. That's childcare?? That's what we pay for as parents? My son was in the after school program, meaning they would only have to watch him for an hour and half to 2 hours after he got out of school, yet they couldn't do something that simple as to wiping his nose when they seen it running? That's childcare though? Director debated with me for almost 2 weeks about them overcharging my son's account and could not tell me where the additional amount came from, come to find out his account was overcharged as I told them to provide me with all of the transactions and I proved to her that he was overcharged.. Like I'm not great with numbers, I clearly have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Director did not reach out to nor notify the owner (Martha) upon my request regarding scheduling a meeting regarding sharing my son's information without my consent, slandering my name, and defamation of character. I'm still waiting on that meeting, but I guess they already know if I take the information that I have in writing to the next level, some people will lose their job, or if it goes to the extreme, the daycare will get investigated by the way they do some of the black kids that attend there as well as my personal situation with them. I'm guessing that's why they're avoiding an in person meeting.. I'll give them a 1 star because Lorri and Daisy were amazing! Those 2 are definitely not the reasoning for this rating. Daisy no longer works there and Lorri could be appreciated a lot more for what she does if she were employed by a different daycare center. After paying them around 15k in my son's tenure there, I would not recommend them. Maybe they should use some of that money that they're getting from all these parents and pay their employees such as Lorri more. I didn't see any renovations, upgrades, nor elevations in that time. I wouldn't be surprised if there is some type of embezzlement going on there🤷🏾♂️
Fun Farm Center is amazing! My oldest son went here for years until he aged out, and he LOVED the staff. My youngest son (4 years old) goes there now and has since he was 3 months old! I have no doubt that my children are in good hands when I leave them there! Prices are very reasonable, and the staff is great!
