The owner, Troy, truly went above and beyond to bring my vision to life. From the design process to the final build, he was attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in creating a space that was perfect for my son’s needs. The crew was amazing — professional, kind, and incredibly detail-oriented. They custom built the gym with love, care, and absolute perfection, and they treated our home with respect the entire time. When they finished, the space was spotless — no mess left behind at all, which I greatly appreciated. The end result is a beautiful, functional sensory gym that means the world to our family. As a school principal, I have had the privilege of working with many partners over the years, but none have come close to the exceptional experience we have had with Fun Factory Sensory Gym and, in particular, Rebecca. From our very first conversation, Rebecca went far beyond the role of a designer and CEO. Appalachian Speech has been extremely pleased with our experience working with Fun Factory to create and design our new sensory gym. From start to finish, the entire team was responsive, helpful, and always willing to answer our questions throughout the process. Once all the necessary documentation and scheduling were in place, the installation was quick and efficient. The finished product is exactly what we hoped for—and more! Our kids at Appalachian Speech are already enjoying the sensory gym, and it has added so much value to our space. The entire team from A-to-Z was great! As this is my first time building a Sensory Gym in my ABA clinic, I didn’t know where to start. Rebecca made the entire process easy and seamless!
