This is overdue , wanted to wait to post because i wanted to give it time but my child is special needs do NOT trust the director she sent back my child on the bus to ride by himself all the way back home due to the fact that we thought his ABA therapist was cleared to attend and said she did contact me to pick him up and denied the care for the day, there was no conversation about here sending BACK my nonverbal child. His public school where he was attending at the time was LIVID that a caretaker would ever allow this. I get that times are tough but please if you can go to a different center because i waited for 6 months and had to go out of my way to this center. WORST experience ever. Also, if your child is special needs like mine or elopes be careful they will ALWAYS leave the gate open.
worst experience I have ever had. my son's have been in daycares and head starts since they where 4 months old and I've never experience a school/program like this. Everyday I was told something was wrong Iam serious and that my son needed to be checked by the doctor to see if there was something wrong with him well guess what doctor said my son was fine and I turned in my sons dr.s physical form also. The school here doesn't care it's about numbers for them and if your kid is absent they will get on you for it to keep the program open. I mean literally everyday I got a complaint about my son. he is loud, he drinks so much water, he pees to much at nap time, he doesn't sit still, he didn't listen today, etc it goes on and on.
I am having fun seeing my little one grow but here she is learning she has a voice. She is smart just like every one there, but she will never forget this place it will be part of her and her hart. And why i know this because i have not forgoten my first school either. Thank you
