Fruit & Flower is a fabulous childcare center with amazing staff and teachers. It is as high-quality as you can get for your child! I work full time and have never worried for a minute about my children at F & F -- even from the tiny age of 4 months, which is when my 2nd daughter started. The facility is wonderful and one of the few in the downtown/NW area that has true outdoor space in which the children can play year-round. The meals are fresh and made in-house daily in their kitchen, using local and organic ingredients whenever possible. The center is so much more than just a daycare--it's a community of families in which lifelong friendships are formed. My older daughter went through the entire program and is now flourishing in public school. Her teachers have all commented that she entered school with wonderful skills, both social and academic. I have no doubt these were developed at Fruit & Flower. Lastly, as a non-profit organization, I feel confident knowing they stay true to their mission of "helping generations of working parents raise joyful learners." There is a wonderful scholarship program available that has helped numerous families over the years. Yet, this information is kept completely private and all are part of the community, regardless of means. Fruit & Flower has been an absolute blessing to our family -- I can't imagine our life otherwise.

The dedication, focus, personal care and love the teachers and administrators at Fruit & Flower have given my daughter is above and beyond what I think is expected from child caregivers. My family had gone through a really big adjustment when we enrolled my then almost 2 year old daughter and they really helped her (and us) with the life transition and just made things easier because I didn’t have to worry about childcare and the quality of childcare that she was getting because they were all just amazing. It feels like a big family, in all honesty. Love that you’re greeted right when you come in and that you can approach the admin office for any questions and they’re so willing to share their time to answer. My family went through a lot of firsts just with where we were in our lives and the fact that Fruit & Flower guided us through so much really helped get us through. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don't think it's ethical that in order to get on the waitlist you have to pay $100, and then are never given updates. I probably called 10+ times after putting my child on a preschool waitlist and it is now approaching almost a year. How can you justify continuing to take peoples money if there was never actually a chance that a child would be let in?
