I am puzzled as to why the bags are not resealable! Also I find the frankincense oil too diluted. Frankicene tears are great.No directions
Review is based on product quality. I can't attest for location and service. When the quality and quantity is top notch, they have to be doing something right! I've never purchased a product where the container wasn't only partially filled. They definitely topped it off and the quality was excellent. It was a very pleasant surprise. Looking forward to trying other spices.
Took me a day early. Unloaded in 30 minutes. Friendly enough staff.
The company is fine itself - the orders could be packed better, there is almost always a product leaking. I went to pick up an order in person a couple of weeks ago and the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. She acted like I had no business picking up my own order that I had called to confirm earlier and like she was gatekeeper of the whole company. Very disappointing.
Terrible customer service policies (although the guy I talked to was very nice). I placed an order for something the web site said was in stock. When I got the confirmation email it said they are experiencing long delivery delays and out-of-stock items. Less than 24 hours later I called them to see if I would get my product by the date I needed it. They said it wouldn't even go out until after that. When I asked to cancel my order they said it was impossible - less than 24 hrs after ordering! And the order had not even begun to be fulfilled. So I had to go buy what I needed somewhere else and STILL pay for this product.
