This location is not very pleasant I would not recommend anyone to bring their child there. The staff is not very welcoming they have a lot of favoritism in the school when it comes to the kids. Some kids get drop off early and it’s like your force to pay the $75 dollars for aftercare instead of them saying that you can go get a voucher the book keeper she no help she helps who she wants to help. Also the director Ms Cynthia is not a good director she doesn’t coordinate the school very well I feel as if my child is not learning anything from attending this school at this age they should be learning how to trace they name they shapes and colors etc if I wasn’t a parent that teach at home I feel my child would never learn and I’m not to happy about it. Also the teachers have nasty attitudes as well when you speak to them about anything they act as if they don’t want to have conversations with you about your child. They need to look into get a better direct and staff that is for the kids and more engaging with the kids most of the time when I drop off or come get my child they are playing with toys and never really see them learning. The holidays or any special events they don’t do anything for the kids or even communicate with the parents to put something together.

If I can give the school at 370 New Lots Ave zero stars I would. If you care about your kids I wouldn't send them there. This school scarred my child that she did not like school. Now she's in a school she loves. This school treated her poorly. They are unprofessional. The woman at the desk would ignore your calls and be on the Food Network website. The list goes on. The director would speak highly of her staff yet when you need to speak to her they say she is never around. Yet she says she's there all day. So someone is lying. Either way this place I strongly don't recommend. I had to take my child out of there. I witnessed a little boy hit my daughter and the teacher had the nerve to try and convince me that he didn't. Yet like a week later was smiling and laughing to the boy's father that this little boy she claimed didn't hit no one was just fighting. I almost snapped. Your kids are not safe there. The same teacher told my daughter she wasn't smart and gotten the other kids to bully her. My daughter is smart. She was able to spell her whole name by 3 years old. She was the only one in her class that could. The teacher my daughter liked she no longer works there. Crazy the ONE teacher she had that kept her pretty much safe no longer works there. They left my child with teachers that neglected her and allowed her to be bullied. My daughter had a accident one time (not the urine kind...it was a loose one) and they had her sit in it for a long time. She had a upset stomach. They called me 10 minutes before she needed to be picked up. It took me about a hour to clean her off. It was so dry on her. They lied and said it was just urine. No urine accidents wouldn't take damn near a hour to clean off. I flipped and reported the school. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS TO THAT ONE...

When my daughter attended this school back in 2020 .it was so miserable for her we now in 2024 and she still has horrible stories about this one teacher named Ms. Jennifer who was really mean towards her that still affects her to this day.

Please don't put your kids in the daycare located at 370 New Lots ave.... The bookkeeper is rude she will hang up the phone on you when your asking a question and the director allows this... The teachers are extremely good... But the office staff very unprofessional!!!! I say take your kids elsewhere!!!!

i love this daycare the teachers are so wonderful and caring. They are extremely professional. the only thing i wish i could change is an earlier time to drop off instead of 8:00 am.
