Friends Day Care & Learning Institute

Miss Jasmine, & Miss Naomi & Miss Mary and so many more were amazing and patient with my kiddos when they attended - we were there for about a year, the only bad thing I have to report about this daycare was the owner Araceli. On numerous occasions I feel like she put so many kids to one teacher and it was causing a lot of accidents with my kiddos. This is an owner/ director issue (no one else) I feel like a lot of times she just really didn't care and wouldn't explain anything to us, instead she laughs it off and walks away. She puts the blame on everyone else and never takes accountability for her actions. She couldn't even reach out to us or talk to us about any situation, sad.... Miss Jasmine & Miss Naomi & Miss Mary & many others though were very great with them , they did their best with the resources they have. My kiddos will def. miss some of the teachers. I didn't get to say good bye to the ones who truly cared but, thank you to the ones who really cared and loved my kiddos and made the experience enjoyable while it lasted. We would have stayed if at least Araceli could have come out and actually talked to us and fixed things with us but it’s like her attitude towards us is just something else.

They left a 6-year-old child inside a daycare bus for hours. This could be devastating.

My kids have been going here before and after school for about 4 months. The teachers are amazing, informative and loving. Also their facility is amazing!! My kids love it!
