Friendly Folks Learning Center

My son works with two therapists weekly for sensory, adhd and odd, of which we made her aware by writing it on the paperwork and catching her for a conversation. I should have known she wasnt serious about her job because she insisted I sign for things the handbook and policies she never provided me even after asking. She just wanted a signature and to move on. She seemed to shrug off extra needs and suggestions I had for how to acclimate him to his new environment, where transitions are an area he struggles. The second day he attended she told me I needed to "tighten up my parenting" because if his behavior and had endless lists of complaints. I specifically looked for a daycare and asked about her experience with adhd and sensory needs, and was assured this was the right choice. Three weeks later she kicks him out of the school because he just wont sit down and stay quiet, right as he finally began making friends and being excited about seeing them. I wouldnt recommend this daycare to anyone with a child needing special needs, or anyone without a very quiet child. She doesn't seem to put up with energy well, and all her helpers follow grumpy suit. My son was so nervous each day to be dropped off there and complained of being hungry because they just ate hot dogs and water for lunch. They need a better system and management that enjoys children not sees them as annoyances.

My son hasn't started talking yet we let the owner know and staff. She was fine Saud she would work with it. One week later she kicks him out because he doesn't speak and told me he might be on the spectrum for autism. She didn't pull me aside to tell me this she did it right next to her desk. Overall very unprofessional.

This daycare is not a learning center. if your child cries this is not a place for them.
