I absolutely cannot recommend this daycare enough. My son has been here since he was 12wks old, and has graduated from baby room to toddler room this summer. The staff is kind and you can tell they all WANT to be there. The kids do a lot of fun activities, including art projects and themed weeks, plus water days during the summer and they always have time outside (weather permitting). They are very flexible with food for your child, you pack it-they feed it! They are also nut friendly which has been great so I can work common but allergen foods into my sons meals during the week too. The staff knows each child and calls if they have concerns about them being “off” or any health concerns, which shows how much they pay attention to each child’s personality and habits. It’s a great feeling to take your child somewhere and they’re EXCITED to go for the day. I would not want to go anywhere else.
Great minister (Pastor Donna) and friendly congregation. Very welcoming. They have a preschool, food pantry, and after school care. Communion available with individual cups or pre-packaged for self-adminstering. Adult & youth Sunday School/Bible study. A number of talented women knit hats & scarves for older people & seamen. Very community-focused ministry (AA, Boy scouts, homeless ministry)
Side I can tell much. I PICKED UP A GROUP OF KIDS AN PARENTS. Toke them to the Franklin Institute . Kids were good to an from on the trip.
On the first Wednesday of every month they have a food bank here. The people here that volunteer are so kind. God bless!
