Reached out to JCC for Social Work help on behalf of my parents. Have to say, they were absolutely amazing, diligent and had a great amount of resources to share. They also had wonderful contacts to recommend and they were so wonderful helping me to get through a difficult time with my parents. staff for the most part is very friendly and makes this place a good time however there are acouple who ruin it for absolutely no reason, so im seriously considering someplace else even though i have to travel..
No one picks up the phones, if they do, you get transferred immediately to someone else who doesn’t pick up the phone. and no one calls back. Very unorganized and unprofessional
