The staff are nice but their performances in how they do their job isn't the greatest and needs a lot of improvement. I wanted my child to have some social interaction here at the center but the staff here are not as attentive. My child was on the infant side and out of all the staff I only notice 2 staff that shows more interaction with the kids. The rest of them usually just sit and watch or will be busy doing something else. The staff definitely needs more training in communication and being on the same page. Every time something happens, I would ask questions and each staff that I talk to will say something different. If one person doesn't know something they will ask another and then the next day they will change what they say. They're either changing their expectations or adding something new each time you ask them about the same thing. It was really annoying having to be told different things each time making it inconsistent for my child to attend. It got to the point where I decided to just take my child out and she only went for 3 months. My child's early intervention teacher meet here to have my child' sessions and she even notice the same thing about the staff not being as active with the kids. She even questioned if this is a good center to leave kids at. They try to be strict on covid but I feel that they just pick and choose who can stay or be sent home. If the child requires too much work to tend to then they will not want your kid there. Kids are not allowed to stay if they have running nose or coughing but I always see kids with running nose or coughing. I understand that there are other kids to tend to but there are also 3-4 of them working. They have lost my child's brace insert TWICE and I had to request her doctor to remake them twice. I didnt want to send her brace to the center with her after the second time they lost it. They almost lost my child's blanket. I understand that kids misplaced item but the staff is too lazy to try and look for the missing item. The item can not go anywhere as the child has been inside the classroom only. I hope the staff receive more training and be more attentive. Or hire some new staff who will is willing to put in the work because they love kids and not slack off. As parent, we trust that we can leave our child here and know that they will be in good care but seeing some things makes me question if they are really doing their job. Also, if your child requires extra work, they don't really tend to what your child's needs are because it will be too much work for them to do. They will do the bare minimum and slack off. Some parents may have had a good experience here but for myself, I am very proactive in my child's life and very attentive to details. This place did not make me feel like I want to leave my child here.

My child has been here since he was 6 weeks old. They helped outside of facility. Food & diapers. One on one at home also. They handled pandemic great. Safe place to have your children. Other family members attended here also. My child loves coming back each day.

My daughter started going her when she was 6mo. Old, and finished there at 3, she went to the adamms elementry site, was the best child care ever, they taught her everything and helped us to reach her expected age goals. Was more than child care to us, they were like family. Loved it!
