My friend’s one-year-old child experienced neglect and mistreatment at this daycare. The staff displayed a clear lack of patience, and instead of investing time and care to make his experience nurturing and positive, they frequently left him confined in a pack-and-play or strapped into a high chair for hours on end. This neglectful treatment not only deprived him of engagement and proper care but also caused physical discomfort and even sores from prolonged immobility. The disregard for his well-being is deeply concerning and unacceptable and I knowingly what we know now, I would NEVER recommend that your child attend this daycare. This place needs to be shut down. I would give zero stars if I could.
They will charge you for the weeks they are closed due to Covid, and not tell you till you return that you owe. They told me, "They were a privately owned daycare and they make their own rules." When I called the State Lady, She told me they were the first daycare in the state she had heard that they charged due to closing for COVID-19. When I made light of this, they kicked my children out of daycare after 2 years and wouldn't allow me back on the property to get my daughters things.
