Took my grandson there, he hated it so I stayed to see why. The daycare person in the 2 1/2 year olds was not nice to the kids. She never smiled or made them feel good. Expected so much out of them. And everything deserved a time out. Which is illegal in ohio. Also making kids sit out of outside time for touching things on the way out. These kids are two not 7 and she expected way to much out of them. We left the daycare and never came back. She was never happy when any of the kids arrived for their day there. It was the younger teacher in the room. After leaving and never returning no ever called to see why we decided not to return. Kids should feel welcomed not a burden. And it is completely illegal to punish kids at that age. You have to let them play outside and you’re not allowed to put them in time out either. One day she was so mad she made everyone sit on the carpet and one at a time they could pick one toy to play with. I asked why everyone was in trouble and she states no one listens. Umm they are two, and each kid is different in what they know how to do. She got even bigger attitude when I confronted her about the situation.

Staff here are extremely mean to the children. Multiple occasions I have come in to get my son and they are screaming/yelling at literal 2 year olds. They seem to pick which kids they like and then detach from the ones they don’t. Childcare is not an easy job, but I don’t think most of the employees even like children. They are always on phones, talking to each other, or yelling at the kids. Pulled my son from the center and put him in a daycare that actually likes working with kids. The difference in his behavior is night and day.

my niece and nephews have attended this center, they always throw the most fun family events. They offer swim lessons and have a great preschool program. The kids really love their teachers and all the activities they get to do!!!

Im giving them 2 stars instead of one because my child has been kept alive by the bare minimum requirements but thats the only good thing i can say about this place. As a 8 month old infant they gave him uncut entire grapes (major choking hazard) and i only found out from a picture of him they posted that had his lunch tray in front of him. I have the photo proof of this saved to my phone. They also disregarded my request for him to wear a sun hat when taken outside. I only found out they did this because I showed up to pick him up at a time i normally don't and caught them on a walk with him outside in the parking lot with no sun hat on. When i confronted them instead of apologizing they made excuses and admitted they knew he was supposed to have a hat on and took him out without it anyways. Ive also had to tell a worker during drop off that one of the younger infants in a swing in the corner had a blanket over its face and the worker laughed it off and pulled the blanket off nochalant as if it wasn't a major suffocation hazard. They have a walled off area in this room for the older infants and because she and another worker were socializing with each other behind this wall they didn't even notice the infant with the blanket over its face.( not my child just saw this infant in passing while dropping my infant off in the same room). My baby has also caught every childhood disease you can think of from this place. I know its to be expected that kids catch a few bugs from day care but something is wrong when theres a new sign on the door every week about a new case of pink eye, hand foot mouth disease, ect..

My boyfriend’s child has been bullied by one of the teachers here. They put him in a class with 5 year olds (he was three at the time) and expected him to be as mentally and emotionally mature as the 5 year olds. There are so many instances I can write about. They kicked him out because he was the helper yesterday in his class and forgot to give himself a cup as he wasn’t sitting down so he forgot. He asked the teacher for a cup and she told him no. While everyone else got a cup. This is just one instance where the teacher has harassed him. Mind you she came from another school where my niece goes to and did the same thing to her. Picked on, bullied, and harassed these children. 10/10 will never recommend this day care as long as this teacher is working there. Never had any problems before but now all of the sudden it’s negative things every day. They never have a nice thing to say about him since she became a teacher there
