Parents consistently praise the qualified, caring staff, welcoming atmosphere, and quality care for children with special medical needs. One parent reported a negative interaction with a staff member they felt was disrespectful and unprofessional.
My son does not attend Frankie's world everyday, but when he goes he gets very excited! Usually he wont go with other people if I have him, but he's quick to leave my side when we arrive. The staff has been very nice to my wife and I. Our son loves the nurses and the aids there. I have not had a single concern or complaint since my son started there. I would recommend Frankie's World to anyone who has a special needs child.
What an awesome place for families to know that their children will be taken care of by qualified staff members. This is such a pleasant atmosphere . It is warm and welcoming. I have nothing but great things to say about Frankie's world. I just love seeing the smiles on children's faces and watching the staff interact as if it's one big happy family. For any parent who has a child with special medical needs they can be assured that Frankie's World will always have their child best interest at heart.
Frankie's World is a wonderful idea for working parent's with children that require medical supervision. The staff there genuinely care about the children. The kids are involved in a variety of activities for different age groups. FW is an open floor plan that keeps everyone engaged. The staff was very welcoming upon hire. Great place for nurses that want experience in pediatrics.
I’ve been dealing with Frankie’s World for a little while. At first I thought they were going to be great for my son. But as it went on it’s been a very horrible experience up to the fact they discharged him for attendance when they’re the reason he couldn’t go. How does they website say they deal with children on the spectrum yet they won’t let him there unless the ABA therapist are there. My son had got sick and had to miss a few days which caused ABA to put him on hold in turn caused my son not to be able to go to daycare. Now they discharge him for the exact reason that’s they fault. What makes matters worse im a single mother of two who now lost my job which means I can’t pay for nothing and about to loose everything. I literally uprooted myself life and moved to Philadelphia for Frankie’s world to just end up in a worse situation. Not to mention they were feeding my son wrong rates and everything. I wouldn’t recommend anyone with a child that has autism or any feeding issues. They clearly don’t care
I have been a supporter of Frankie's World for many years and have visited many times. Each time I visit I am overjoyed to see children, who might otherwise be at home alone with a nurse, playing and learning here with other children in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. Everyone on the staff is dedicated to the wellbeing of every child, aware of and attentive to each of their individual needs - physical, mental and emotional. You get a warm feeling as soon as you walk through the door and that feeling is confirmed within a few minutes of observation as you realize that the children are engaged, smiling and trying new things. Not just surviving but thriving.
