What Parents Say
Framboyant Learning Center receives mostly positive reviews praising its nurturing environment, authentic Montessori approach, bilingual instruction, and caring staff. However, a minority of parents reported concerns about administrative transparency, dishonesty, high teacher turnover, and limited enrichment activities in their final year.
My kids went to Framboyant and our experience was wonderful. Framboyant is one of the few places that really use the real Montessori method. School is safe, and teachers were amazingly caring and nurturing. Framboyant was the educational foundation of my kids. One now is in College and the other in high school. We have nothing but good memories and a heart full of gratitude for Framboyant and its staff.
We were at this school for several years and had a mostly positive experience in the beginning, but our final year there raised major concerns. The biggest issue for us was a lack of transparency and clear communication from administration. When situations arose that required straightforward answers, the teacher and director blatantly lied. This is not only disappointing, but dangerous. My advice is to parents is to always request to review camera footage as the staff is more focused on protecting themselves rather than providing a safe space their students. There was also constant teacher turnover, with teachers frequently leaving or being let go. This created inconsistency in the classroom and made it difficult for the children to build stable routines and relationships. Lastly, the school offered very few fun or enriching activities for the kids. For the tuition and age group, we expected more creativity, engagement, and joy in their day-to-day experience. We appreciated the earlier years, but I hope the school improves communication, transparency, and consistency for future families.
Expected more patience, guidance, and re direction from people that work with children. Already visited another learning center whose staff are a breath of fresh air in comparison.
My son just completed a year with Framboyant and I wanted to share what a great experience we had. He started at 4 years old - we decided to place him here instead of Pre-K. His first weeks were rough as it was his first time ever spending time away from us. The teachers and staff at the school were very patient and understanding, they really went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. Sure enough, after a few weeks he LOVED it. He hated missing a single day of school and looked forward to it every single day. He would even complain that he didn't get to go to school on weekends, haha. Some things I liked about the school: the facility is very secure, they teach in English and Spanish, the staff is very good at communicating with parents for any incident that happens at school, they're taught practical everyday things (how to wash a dish, how to make a PBJ sandwich, etc). In the one year my son spent there, he's learned so much, become so independent and confident, and had a really good time. I would definitely recommend this school for anyone who is considering it.
Framboyant was my son's first school, he was very young but I can say that he learned and enjoyed every day. For my part, I was always very happy and satisfied with their way of treating the children, the bilingual classes, the warmth and experience of the teachers and the principal, and their way of keeping parents informed and involved with the school. We have nothing but good memories of Framboyant.
