Fountain Of Life Daycare

Trying to get childcare in this facility is the absolute worst. I called every day for a week…and left voicemails with no call backs…could not leave a message for the owner because she doesn’t have a mailbox set up…how crazy….I even went to one of the locations..(Harford road).. twice…one lady, Keshia, was very pleasant and tried to help me, but the other time I went by, the other young lady i interacted with was so rude and incompetent that I just said never mind…she was more interested in the phone conversation she was having…I didn’t even bother to get her name…she had 2 long braids…after that I just decided that I don’t want my child to be in a facility where I can’t even get someone to answer the phone or return a simple call…nor would I want the braided miss to be looking after my granddaughter …zero stars..it’s a shame….i would have loved my granddaughter to be in Keshia’s class..she seemed great.

The Incubed Learning Center staff are loving, kind, and takes very good care of the children! My two sons love attending the center on a daily basis. Sometimes I get a little jealous because they would rather stay with the staff then go home with me! That alone makes me feel good because I know my babies are being taken care of correctly.

Miss Nicole had my daughter nala from aged 1-4! Her and her staff were amazing with my daughter and when nala graduated she entered school knowing a lot more than what the other pre k kids knew in her class. We love miss Nicole and I surely do miss her.
