Fountain Day School is truly a gem. It’s a warm, family-run preschool where you instantly feel the love and care the moment you walk in. The teachers are amazing — nurturing, passionate, and incredibly attentive to each child’s development. The head of school and the entire team go above and beyond to create a joyful, safe, and inspiring environment. One of the biggest highlights for us was the swimming program. The fact that they have their own pool and incorporate swim lessons into the curriculum is such a unique and valuable experience. Our daughter learned so much — not just in the classroom but in the pool, on the playground, and through all the creative activities the school offers. But above all, it’s the community feeling that makes Fountain Day stand out. It feels like an extended family. The relationships formed here — between kids, teachers, and parents — are genuine and lasting. Our daughter had the absolute best time at Fountain Day. Even now, every time we drive past the school, she wants to jump out of the car just to say hi. That says it all. If you’re looking for a preschool that combines strong values, joyful learning, and a tight-knit community, I couldn’t recommend Fountain Day more highly.

My daughter went to Fountain Day School for one year when she was 3 years old, and I highly recommend this school. The teachers and staff were fun and caring, and my daughter learned a lot including starting phonics exercises and her alphabets. Their full-day curriculum includes great quality hot lunch for the kids, which made our lives as working parents so much more manageable. They have an enclosed pool in which the kids learn water safety and swimming year-round (to my knowledge, no other pre-school in the area offers this). By the end of the school year, my 3 year old daughter was swimming across the entire pool without help. The parent community was also great and I still stay in touch with many after moving onto a different school.

2 of my 3 kids attended Fountainday and the only reason #3 has not, we moved out of state! As we look for a preschool in our new zip code, I compare everything to FD! Incredible teachers, staff, catered lunches and the incredible gift of swimming! Wish all schools offered these attributes.

Our pre-k time at Fountain Day were some of the happiest of our son’s life. A phenomenal staff, facility and activities have created such fond memories that will last a lifetime for our entire family. We’re eternally grateful. We talk about FDS regularly and still miss you all now we’ve moved overseas. We will visit soon!

We attended Fountain Day 2014-2018ish and I am writing a very late review. Our Daughter loved Fountain Day. She's 11 now & still to this day we breeze through our FDS yearbooks and talk about the wonderful times we had with our Fountain Day Family. What a foundation to have started with on our daughters journey through learning, social skills, swimming etc. We loved all the extra curricular & seasonal activities that involved us as a family as well as seeing our daughter perform with her classmates. Volunteering to read to her class or do arts with the them was really something special to us. Their wonderful Financial Aid program really made it accessible for us to attend and we're really grateful for it. We used our sources to help raise funds for this aid to help others in need to. We were also considering our second child to attend due to how awesome FDS is but we relocated cities- Thank you FDS for everything!
