As a first-time mom, I was so nervous about leaving my daughter with anyone, but the teachers and staff at Foundations Learning Academy have truly put my mind at ease. They are so kind, respectful, and always responsive, which makes such a difference. Knowing she’s safe, cared for, and having the best time lets me breathe easier every day. My daughter absolutely loves it there and has a ball every time she goes. Seeing her so happy makes me so grateful we chose this daycare! 🧡🫶🏽
My great granddaughter , entire fingernail was hanging off when her mother arrived at foundation learning Academy to pick her up she inquired what happened to her baby finger. They had no answers they would have to view the video camera. This happened 9/17/2025 to date that video has not been viewed. Nor has the Director called her to spoke to her regarding this incident, basically her hands were never washed nor when she started crying & kept crying no one on duty thought to check her out physical.,Workers stating she’s crys, all the time. That’s unacceptable. My granddaughter took her straight to the emergency room where they removed the nail. I’m reporting this matter to the State of VA Licensures .
FLA is an awesome Daycare! They are loving, Caring, and Gentle! I 1st tried them with my 1st son back in 2016 for 5yrs and the experience with them was everything! They became my second family that I trust them enough that I now have my 2yr old going there that’s been there since he was 16months and they love him and boyyy do he love them! They are a very trusted daycare and Ms. Shante don’t play about her place of business and I love that! THANK YOU FLA for all that you do and thank you for being a Great Center🩷🩷🩷
In need of childcare come to Foundations Learning Academy. I can say from the best experience as a parent. This childcare has watch my two oldest children grow as I return with my youngest daughter which is two years old. She has great social skills, ready to use the potty, I love the teachers, they are amazing also very warming in the building.
