Forever Friends is a welcoming daycare with a true family feel. All 3 of my kids currently attend forever friends, ranging from the infant room to preschool. We have been beyond happy with this daycare center. From the start the communication from the director and teachers has been above and beyond anything that we have received from other centers. The classrooms are large and spacious, and the 2 gross motor rooms are perfect for these long winter months in Rochester. My kids can’t wait to go in the morning and hate to leave at the end of the day. The staff are a very caring group of teachers who are truly invested in the happiness of all the children in their care. I have no reservations ever leaving my kids at Forever Friends, I feel confident they are safe, well taken care of, and loved! I would recommend Forever Friends to anyone looking for Quality childcare

Forever Friends has been a wonderful space for our son to grow and learn. We began with FF when my son was 3 and he has developed such a sense of self. He feels confident and cared for at FF. All of the teachers and staff know my son by name and were key in providing information from the school context to help secure preschool special education services. We couldn’t be happier!

Forever Friends is a warm, welcoming and educator friendly child care. Both of our girls attend Forever Friends. I have absolutely no hesitation leaving them in the care of their staff. They are more than just employees, they are an extension to our family. We've experienced everything from the infant room to pre-school and school aged wrap around care and have had great experiences. Our girls have come home with more projects and memories than we know what to do with. Most days they don't want to leave. We highly recommend Forever Friends Child Care. Our children have truly made "forever friends" here.

I was looking forward to sending my son to Forever Friends for childcare in January 2023. My circumstances unfortunately changed, and we were only going to require their services for 6 weeks prior to leaving the area. When I informed staff in November (with a start date in January), they told me that they could no longer provide services because I only required their services for a short period of time. I found this completely unprofessional, as I had this all set up for ~1 year, already paying my deposit, and giving more than 2 weeks notice which is what is required in their policies when you're planning to stop using their services. I was never given back my deposit, which was also paid ~1 year in advance to make sure that I had a place for my son to go to when I needed to return to work. This required me to scramble to find care, which was impossible, as everyone knows childcare is so challenging to find (hence why at 8 weeks pregnant I was reaching out to different daycares to find somewhere for January 2023). I will not recommend Forever Friends to anyone in the area, as they have been extremely unprofessional throughout my entire experience. While I realize they have a business to run, a deposit was made and ample time was given to let the business know that I would only need their services for a short period of time. This would've allowed them to give someone else an opportunity to get their services once we moved out of the area. I am completely heartbroken and hate to give such a negative review, but wanted to warn people before getting into the same position I was forced into while postpartum with my first child.
