What Parents Say
Forever Friends Child Care receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from parents, with 9 out of 10 recent reviews giving 5-star ratings. Parents consistently praise the caring and knowledgeable staff, long-term teacher retention, clean facility, fair pricing, and developmental progress of their children. One parent reported concerns about staff responsiveness to communication regarding their child's care.
I withdrew my young toddler from Forever Friends Childcare after multiple biting incidents, the last of which was completely unacceptable. My child came home with three different bite marks in three separate areas, all from the same child—one of which broke the skin. We were not notified until pickup, which shows a complete lack of urgency and responsibility from the staff. This daycare consistently fails in communication and accountability. They do not allow parents to ask staff about their child’s day at pick-up and provide little to no updates on how children are adjusting or if they are having any issues. At one point, when we raised concerns about the biting, we were actually told it was our daughter’s fault for getting bit—claiming she put her finger in another child’s mouth—when the bite marks were clearly on her arm. This is not a behavior she has ever exhibited anywhere else, and even if she had, shouldn’t we have been contacted to discuss a course of action? Additionally, for the last two parent-teacher meetings, our child’s primary teacher was unavailable, and the responsibility was handed off to a floater who knew nothing about our child’s progress or development. This just further proves how disorganized and uninterested they are in providing quality care. While Forever Friends may be more cost-efficient than other daycare options, you truly get what you pay for—the bare minimum. I deeply regret keeping my child enrolled for as long as I did, thinking these were isolated incidents. It’s clear that the real issue is a facility that does not prioritize children’s safety, well-being, or development. Save yourself the stress and put your child somewhere that actually cares.
We've loved our time at Forever Friends. Both our children were welcomed, encouraged, coached, and celebrated. Teachers and students stay for a long time, which offers a continuity of care that is in rare supply.
If not for this year, I would have given the location a five star review. Many of the teachers and assistants are amazing and care about/for the kids in their care. However after I asked about the neglectful care of my child one day the director, owner and the teacher have become very vindictive and petty and I can’t risk having my child in their care. Maybe if the communication had continued like my child originally was receiving, then this wouldn’t have arose. If anyone has questions and wants answers, you can try contacting me here. (I don’t know if this is a thing, it’s my first review on this platform it’s just that forever friends doesn’t have a Yelp account to review and I would like to give people a fair warning is all.)
Forever Friends is amazing my daughter has been going there for 2 years, and she absolutely loves it she loves all her teachers.. Adrienne Lopresti is amazing she goes above and beyond for the children, she really cares for the children and is very loving. I’m so happy I found this center me and my daughter could not be happier.
My son is about to be 3 this year and since he has been going for 2 or more years he has learned so much! I feel he is advanced in some areas more than others. The staff are all fantastic and strive to insure all the children are happy AND learn. They get lots of exercise too! My son LOVES going to "school" and seeing his teachers and friends. I'm extremely grateful that my son has a slot here!
