Footsteps To Learning

I was hesitant to write a review because i rarely post reviews. I think its important that parents are aware of this school. If i couldve given this school a negative review , i would've. My daughter lasted 15 mins in this school. 15 mins, they had a check in hand , when i picked her up. I was told she had open doors , and wasnt listening. When i first met with Ms kelly i had made her aware that my daughter hasnt been to any child care services before and this wouldve been her first experience. I expected this school to be patient with her but that wasnt the case. She was there for 15 mins, they probably didnt even know her name. I do hope that they give other children some grace and patience.My child is thriving in another school and found patient teachers during her transition

I trusted sending my son to this facility. But she yes us to death and on the contract she also stated that she can watch my son until 5:30 that was not all the time. The entire year I think the latest I pick my son up was a 5:15. After the one time I late Ms Kelly started complaining that she has family to take care of. The second time she said that I got at 5:05 Ms Kelly said she will no longer to be able to watch my son until 5:30 I ask for a copy of the correct after she said and that day she was making the copy she cossed it off and said we came to a conclusion that she no longer can watch until 5:30. Also she said to me that there something wrong with my child because of her years in the daycare not a (doctor) but stating my son has issue because at the of 2 he was opening the doors and she she use to ask him to sit she stated that he does not listen I ask her what 2 year listens. Please becareful sending you child here . My son is in a new facility and doing well and progressing in his growing stages so please becareful

We loved Miss Mella's Footsteps to Learning for our children! with two working parents our kids needed before and aftercare and Miss Mella and the wonderful staff truly made it like a home away from home for our kids. When the kids needed a bit extra attention with a tough life lesson, they gave it with love and compassion. These folks genuinely love what they do and it shows each and every step of the way. So glad my kids got the foundations these great people teach. Now on to Kindergarten!
