Clarity Counseling provides a calm and professional space for psychotherapy. Working with a therapist experienced in trauma made a real difference for me. If you are in Beaver County, Pennsylvania and looking for thoughtful care, this is a great option.

I loved the therapist I was seeing but after she left I was done with that place. The office managers were always gossiping about people where anyone could hear which is totally uncool. If you have real mental health problems, I'd find somewhere else.

My experience with Clarity Counseling started out wonderful and helpful. I learned to cope with my disorders that hindered my life. With the professional advise and the educational tools, my therapist used. I felt she brought the issues into a manageable routine and process to cope. The only negative that I must bring to light, is getting back into the system of Clarity Counseling. I had a very horrific situation around the Holidays and I had to suspend my therapy sessions until I took care of the situation. Six months later I am still on the waiting list. I contacted the office manager several times and sent a email to my therapist. The therapist never called or responded to me by email. Finally, I emailed the office manager and asked to be taken off the waiting list for further treatment. The office manager was more than willing to dismiss my request for Counseling with Clarity. I would never recommend Clarity Counseling to anyone who seeks long term care. Abandonment is very hard to deal with after being treated with such outstanding care. Only before I had to suspend my therapy. I never got the chance to explain my situation to my therapist. Which made it worse for my mental health. I suppose like anything else in life. Sometimes things aren't what they seem. Mental health care is a delicate give and take. I hope that Clarity Counseling doesn't treat any of their other patients with such rude and a negative effects. In those six months I have slipped back into my depression and anxiety issues. My glass cylinder of darkness had been emptied during over the year I spent with my therapist. Now it overflows with darkness and dread due to the abandonment that had formed over the last six months. In closing, beware of trusting professionals who act like they truly care about your attempt to get back to sound and positive mental health! It's not always what it seems.

No help from therapist Samantha, was never told if I missed an appointment I would be charged $125. Every other therapist I’ve been to that I’ve missed an appointment charged me my copay. Doesn’t do psych evaluations. Felt like I was just listing everything that was wrong with me with no feedback.

Best therapy experience I ever had. My therapist is always there for me and is very accommodating when life happens. 100/10 would recommend.
