The labor and delivery department is amazing. They are the best at trying to make you feel comfortable, educated and relaxed. The nurses are incredibly patient and kind. We are brand new parents and they took the time to make sure we got educated. Everything from a diaper change to swaddles to breastfeeding, they helped every step of the way. Thank you!! Side note: Advent Health, please look into fixing your hot water. In every room we were in, we had to run the shower for 30 mins for the water to get hot. Other than that, our experience was perfect.

It was very good. Staff, Techs & nurses were terrific.They made me as comfortable as possible & listened to my needs. For a total knee replacement, I was in at 8:30 & out st 3:30. Communication was excellent & both pre & post operative instructions clear. Follow up was quick & helpful. I am very pleased.

I gave birth to my daughter on Christmas Day at advent health waterman. And let me tell you the entire team was AMAZING. From my midwife, to the nurses. I truly feel so blessed that I had the pleasure of working with such phenomenal women. Everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend any women looking to give birth in a loving and open environment to choose adventure health waterman. Thank you Natassia, Erika, Riley, Jodie, and all the other nurses. You made my birth experience the least traumatic as possible and I am grateful for that!

Just had prostate surgery here yesterday and I have to say it's the best facility I've been to in my 64 years ! Anna and Samantha were great getting me ready in pre-op and then I ended up having to stay the night and wound up on the 5th floor, where I got the best care, Special thanks to Mel and Lori who saved me from a fate worse than death (the dreaded exploding Johnson) when my catheter backed up twice. They were there in a flash and were able to flush the blockage out quickly, can't thank them enough for that ! Hannah and Marica got me anything I needed and Abe checked in on the entire operation. The food was actually great and everyone from the dining room was super nice and friendly along with everyone from Housekeeping. They all earned every one of these 5 stars !

Just had surgery with Dr. Jason Smith 7 days ago. I can not thank him, his staff, and all hospital staff enough for the care and treatment I received. Each and everyone of them involved in my care went above and beyond my expectations in caring for me through every phase of my procedure and care. Everything was explained in every visit, up to the minute I was sedated, recovery and discharge.
