Management does absolutely nothing about noisy neighbors. They don't respect the right of quiet of enjoyment. Quite frankly, it's un inhabitable place to live.
Building needs more maintenance and supervision, tenants need to control their children's when playing, too noise and doing damages to plants. Security cameras will be a good help 👍
This apartment is one of the worst apartments in this area. The most terrible problem is customer service of an office in the apartment. The employees are not kind, polite and working-hard. They are arrogant. They do not know common sense for people. They are terrible.
It's really nice living here. It's quiet and people are focused on their own affairs. Rent is affordable and the manager is very reasonable 10/10 would live
