Completely unprofessional staff--devoid of any training on childhood development. They spend more time on their phones than interacting with the children and screech across the playground at kids. Heaven help you if you bother to professionally and courteously discuss an issue with them, the "supervisor" will stop short of putting her finger in your face, but will attempt to berate you. This same "supervisor" also blamed cursing on the young black boys playing basketball nearby...prefacing with "I don't want to stereotype but..." We pulled my nephew out and sent him elsewhere.
