The First United Methodist Church here in Arab, is a very caring, loving place. Have always felt at home from the first time I walked in the doors. The services are God sent, and very personal to me in my walk with Christ. My whole family are members and love the outreach programs that the church provides. This church is filled with ministries and programs to meet the needs of all individuals, couples, and families. The love of God is evident, scripture is the basis of all ministries, and everyone is invited. My family and I have called AFUMC home for many years and truly love this place!

This church makes the whole community listen to LOUD stupid music every hour during the day. It's so annoying and I live over a half a mile from it!! Why do they insist on making everyone listen to their stupid music? I don't force them to listen to my music!! If I was rich and could afford an attorney, I would sue them to make them stop encroaching on my rights. I have the right to live in a pleasant, quite environment and not be annoyed by noise pollution. STOP THE MUSIC BELLS PLEASE!!!!!!

I find AFMC to be a church filled with people that love and serve the Lord and care for one another and the community. I am glad to be a member of a church that appreciates diversity and and is accepting of all people.
